Guarnaccino 80% (Vineyard of 1974) and Gaglioppo 20% (Vineyard of 1979)
First aged in steel for 23 months, then passed in oak barrels of 4 °, 5th passage for 11 months, reassembled in steel for 1 month, bottled and finally aged in bottle for another 4 months.
